Stuck? Text or call Lorna.
A confusing letter, a strange text, a screen that won't cooperate. Text her a question or a photo, or call and talk it through. She explains it in plain words. She's good company, too.

8:00 AM
A puzzle with coffee.
You asked for one, so Lorna sends it.
Lorna

"Morning! One word fits all three: blank-fly, blank-cup, blank-milk."
You
"Butter!"
9:00 AM
Locked out of the bank.
The code went to an old email. Lorna finds the other way in.

If you opened this page yourself, from the bank's app or by typing their web address, you're in the right place. If you got here by tapping a link in a text or email, close it and open the bank's app yourself. To get a code by text, look under the code box for "Try another way," then choose "Text me a code."
11:00 AM
A letter from the clinic.
It looks like a bill, but the balance is $0. Lorna explains the fine print so you don't worry.
9:41LLorna
This is a summary of your Oct 12 visit, not a bill. Insurance covered the $325 fee, so you owe $0. Questions? The letter lists (614) 555-0182.
12:30 PM
A text about a package.
It wants you to tap a link. Lorna points out the scam signs before you do.
9:41LLorna ›
This looks like a scam. That link isn't fedex.com, and FedEx won't ask you to tap a strange link. Don't tap it. Just delete it.
Text or talk
Rather say it out loud? Call her.
Some things are easier to talk through than type. Call Lorna's number and tell her what's going on, the way you'd call a friend who's good with this stuff.
One number.
Text or call. Same Lorna.
She keeps track either way.
Something you ask her to remember on a call, she knows the next time you text.
The important bits, in writing.
After a call, she texts you the important bits, like a number you gave her or what you asked her to remember.
The Family Portal
One place for the family.
You keep the household notes in one place, and Lorna reads them when Mom asks for help. She gets an answer right away. And you get the info out of your head.

Clear boundaries
What Lorna will never do
These are built into Lorna, so she can't break them, even by mistake.
- Never shares anything without your YES.
- Never shares your activity. No check-ins, monitoring, or updates family can see without your approval.
- Never keeps a password, code or card number. She strips anything that looks like one before saving.
- Never stores your photos. She keeps a short text description instead.
- Never logs in, pays, or picks a plan for you.
- Never writes your stories, memories or feelings for you.
- Never texts anyone uninvited. She only replies to you, or sends reminders you set up.
What she remembers
Only what you ask her to keep, and notes your family leaves about things like the spare key. Text "what do you remember about me?" to see it.
Stopping and erasing
Text STOP and she goes quiet, and keeps what she knows. Text DELETE twice to erase everything.
In an emergency
She points you to real help, like 988 or 911.
I'm part of the sandwich generation: people raising their own families while starting to do more for their aging parents. It's heavy, in more ways than time. It's the weight of watching parents age, and how easily the small things crowd out what matters. I built Lorna to take those small things on, so we have the space we need for each other.
