How will I talk with Lorna?
Choose SMS or email and reply as you normally would. No Lorna app to install. Early access is coming soon; this page shows the experience we’re building. For SMS, message and data rates may apply.
Who can read my conversations?
During early access, the team will read messages and review AI-drafted replies. Our AI provider will process messages to generate replies. Before you join, we’ll explain storage, retention and deletion.
How do family updates work?
You choose the recipient and approve the exact message each time. The team then sends it to your opted-in contact. Changing the wording requires fresh approval. Declining an update won’t stop your conversation. Family members don’t automatically receive your chats.
Can I sign up for my parent?
You can express interest. Your parent decides whether to join and what to share. No paired activities are required.
Is this a wellbeing monitoring service?
No. Lorna is an AI conversation service and can make mistakes. Messages aren’t monitored continuously. It doesn’t provide medical care, emergency help or alerts when someone stops replying.
